booking & cancellation policy & COVID-19 Protocols

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY:
 

GUEST ASSUMPTION OF RISK: It is the responsibility of guests to assess the risks of travel, their ability to travel and to plan and manage their reservation accordingly. This deposit and cancellation policy will be strictly adhered to in all cases including but not limited to: individual and family health issues, fear of travel or any guidance against travel.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 

SUMMER/FALL RESERVATIONS departing before november 30th, 2021, will be confirmed with a 15% non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of booking (no extentions). full payment will be due 15 days prior to arrival; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable.

NEW RESERVATIONS arriving after and including december 1st, 2021 will be confirmed with a 25% non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 25 days prior to arrival; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 25 days of arrival are non-refundable.

 

HOILDAY RESERVATIONS for all reservations that fall between and include the dates December 18 - January 4 (holiday period) a 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions) final payment is due november 1st; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of deposit.

all cancellations must be received in writing.

booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

for reservations made with credit carryovers our normal cancellation policy does not apply. credit carryovers are non-refundable under all circumstances.


The only exceptions to this policy will be in the event of a government-ordered closure of the ski resort (Vail or Beaver Creek) or government-ordered ban on short-term rentals. In the event of a government-ordered closure or ban, a full refund of all payment less a 5% transaction fee and the $75 booking fee, which are non-refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED.



COVID-19 Protocols:

 

  • Professionally Laundered Linens.
  • Housekeeping/Cleaning Outsourced to a Professional Service.
  • Properties are Disinfected After Each Checkout.
  • We Can Accommodate Guest Requests for Contact-less Check-in (must be requested in advance and requires guest compliance with registration prerequisites).

As a result of these enhanced cleaning protocols early check-in & late check-outs may not be available for your stay. 
We must adhere to these guidelines to provide the needed services for everyone.
